Arcus Holding (“Arcus,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides AI governance infrastructure for regulated industries. Our Services include the Iterative Reasoning Graph (IRG) protocol, the Epistemic Integrity Engine (EIE), the Graph Definition Language (Reason), and related documentation, research, and consulting services.
3. Use of Services
You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
- Use the Services in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Services, other accounts, or systems
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services
- Reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without prior written consent
- Use automated systems or software to extract data from the Services without authorization
- Misrepresent your identity or affiliation when using the Services
4. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the Services — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software, research papers, protocol specifications, and documentation — are owned by Arcus Holding and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use, copy, modify, or distribute any of our intellectual property without prior written consent.
The Arcus name, logo, IRG, EIE, Reason, and related marks are trademarks of Arcus Holding. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our trademarks.
5. User Content
When you submit information through our contact forms or other channels, you grant Arcus a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use that information for the purpose of responding to your inquiry and providing the Services. You represent that you have the right to share any information you provide to us.
6. Confidentiality
Any non-public information exchanged between you and Arcus in connection with the Services, including but not limited to technical specifications, implementation details, and business information, shall be treated as confidential. Neither party shall disclose confidential information without the prior written consent of the other party, except as required by law.
7. Disclaimers
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Arcus does not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. We do not guarantee that the Services will meet your specific regulatory or compliance requirements without a formal engagement and assessment.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Arcus Holding and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Services.
In no event shall our total liability to you exceed the amount you have paid to Arcus, if any, in the twelve months preceding the claim.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Arcus Holding and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Services shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.

13. Severability
